LHD-450/11 type copper rod breakdown machine
1. Application
It is mainly used to make copper rod become copper wire from ¢8 to ¢1.70-4.50. And in the drawing process, it can realize continuous annealing. Drawing drum adopts in-line type inclined array, and it draws continuously. Mechanical electrical speed matches balancedly. It is easy to operate, and can change die fastly, change bobbin to take up automatically without stopping machine.

Door cover has inside and outside two-layer panel. Panel adopts stainless steel plate.
Design wire breakdown device at the outlet.
Supplying system of cooling lubricating liquid supplies cooling lubricating liquid for each drawing die. Liquid level in the oil groove can is adjustable.
There is space to separate the cooling lubricating liquid groove and gear box. This is in order to avoid drawing liquid going into gear box.
Drawing wheel material is tungsten carbide spray coating or 38CrMoAl nitrogen treatment.
Adopt helical gear as main transmission gear.

Momentum transmission
Momentum is transmitted by finish capstan through flat belt, linkage control, and can choose annealing or non-annealing, and design anti-reverse rotation device.

Annealing flat copper adopts fan to cool.
At the outlet, there design a blowing device for copper wire.

At the same time, it can display the working state and fault state. Annealing adopts DC electrical power annealing.

6.Main features for machine
Mian machine box is whole type casting part which is of good
shock resistance, beuatiful outside view, advanced structure, low running noise, high product efficiency and economic efficiency, and there is no oil leakage.
Drawing drum diameter is Φ450mm, adopt in-line type incline arraying structure, avoid copper wire from abrasion and squeezing. Machine is of high mechanical strength and of good rigidity. Finish capstan ann drawing wheel are driven by different motor, adopt the most advanced total wire structure, speed synchronism adjusting, can realize bobbin changing quickly.
Drawing drum is full submerged type cooling, drawing die and copper wire can get the best cooling and lubrication.
There is space to separate drum cooling lubricating liquid groove and gear box. In order to avoid drawing liquid and gear box oil from mixing and penetrating, on the design and assembly, we adopt multi-ply sealing which can stop penetrating.
Drawing drum, finish capstan and guiding wheel have been treated specially. It is of high rigidity, good anti-abrasion performace, long life-span.
High accuracy gear transmission, has complete oil pipe lubricating system.
Annealing machine adopts horizontal structure. Annealing plate is of high control accuracy.
Drawing main motor, finish capstan driven motor and take-up motor adopt Siemense series or domestic famous brand.
When drawing, copper wire can be annealed and softened enoughly.
