YQL-200/5 type Continuous Lead Extruding Machine
1. Application
This machine realizes continuous extruding through lead transporting by screw. Thickness of lead layer is adjustable, and it uses PLC full digital to control and display. Preset each part's temperature to control each part's temperature strictly, and make the rotation speed of DC motor constant. In this way, it ensures that the leading main machine works under the constant temperature, constant speed and constant pressure, then make sure the thickness of sheathing layer is even and continuous. Comparing to the intermittent type lead extruding machine, about 10% lead consumption can be saved.
As lead melts at a low point and is liable to oxidization, a sealed system is used for melting furnace, holding furnace and lead conveying pipe. So that reduces lead vapour diffusing greatly, and basically eliminate environment contamination.
2 Working Object
This machine is used to continuously extrude industrial pure lead or alloy lead (namely, Pb-Sb- Cu alloy). In addition, restricted by the construction and process technology of this equipment, alloy lead that contains more than 0.4% stibium can not be used for extrusion.

6 Features of components
Melting and holding furnace
Material is lead ingot. It goes into melting furnace to melt, then the molten lead goes into lead coveying pipe through hole on furnace base, then goes into holding furnace, be stirred in mixing chamber of holding furnace. In this way, it can make alloy element distribute more evenly. Via lead overflow tube, lead liquid is conveyed into lead conveying pipe which connecting with furance and main machine.
This lead melting furnace and holding furnace are heated by electricity. Total heating power is 247kw. Lead liquid temperature is about 375-385ºC.
Lead conveying pipe
Lead conveying pipe is used to connect lead conveying between lead melting furnace and main machine. When it is conveying lead, pipe temperature is 370~380ºC. When lead melting furnace and lead conveying pipe are heated, metallic lead conveying pipe will be expanded because of the heat, so the shape of the conveying pipe is designed to be Ω shape.
There equips a baffle heater on the lead conveying pipe. When in vocation or period of stopping production, temperature of lead conveying pipe should be always keeped at 290~300ºC. In this way, expanding and shrinking of pipes can be avoided, and it can also reduce oxide of lead liquid largely.
Main lead extruder
After lead liquid goes into machine body, through rotation of screw which is of special structure and be installed vertically, lead liquid is conveyed into die seat, then it is extruded out from lead pipe through die mouth.
Machine body is made up of extruding sleeve which is made up of double sleeves. There are heating and cooling devices outside. Heating adopts tube type heater. Cooling adopts purified water circulation to cool. Between screw and sleeve, there is abrasion proof bearing bush which is of special material. At the base of main machine, there is a water tank which is of 1500 liter content. In order to ensure the temperatures of cooling water and lubricating oil are constant, there equipped heat exchanger and water pump etc. The whole oil and water system device is installed on the base of the main machine.

Latter cooling system
It is mainly composed of water slot and spraying system. After extruding out from main machine, lead sheath's temperature is higher than 200ºC. Through water spraying, it is lower than 50ºC. Sprayed water is recovered into water slot, then can be recyclely used.
water cooling system
There are three groups of thru holes on the outside sleeve of the extruding barrel. When temperature of extruding barrel is higher than the set temperature, cooling water will make it cool through the three groups of the recycling thru holes (water cooling and heating should be started simultaneously ). Water flow is controlled separately by three flowrate controllers (active control), and this makes the up and down temperatures of extruding sleeve reach their set temperature separately.
Electrical controlling system
This system is specially designed for pay-off, melting and holding furanace, lead conveying pipe, lead extruding main machine, linkage of take-up, temperature displaying and controlling. This machine adopts imported original Siemense DC controller, man-machine interface touching screen and full-digital PLC to control.
Take-up and pay-off stand
4500 and 5500 travelling type take-up and pay-off stand is the auxiliary machine of the lead extruding machine. It is designed with tension control and speed following control, and realize linkage with the main machine.
