YQL-150/5 Continuous Lead Extruder 1.     IntroductionIt is used to sheath lead cover on the cable and vulcanize the rubber tube. The sheathed lead cover diameter is ∮30-∮130mm.This machine realizes continuous extruding through lead transporting by rotating screw rod. Thickness of sheathing lead can be ensured to be equal in vertical direction. In design, to control each part's temperature strictly makes each part's temperature and extruding pressure near to be invariable. This ensures thickness of sheathing lead can be controlled in the least tolerance range. In this way, about 10% lead consumption can be saved comparing to the lead consumption of intermittent type lead extruder which is domesticly used at present.Because lead melting temperature is low, melting furnace, purifying holding furnace and lead conveying adopt seal system. And there is no need to increase Sb content. In addition, because of the limitation of this equipment structure and using technology, so extruding technology is different from intermittent lead extruder. Stirring adopts lead liquid stirrer. In this way, it can make alloy element distribute more equally. Lead liquid is conveyed into holding and purifying house from stirring house through overflow pipe. The three houses of the melting furnace are separated by welded steel board. Lead liquid flows into each house through vertical or horizontal diagonal direction. This can increase the journey of lead liquid, then get more time to separate oxide from lead liquid. On the top of melting furance, there are three covers which can be opened or closed fast and conveniently. This make lead liquid checking and lead dregs eliminating easy. On melting furnace upper top, there are liquid level control indicator and signal device, temperature testing device, lead inlet valve and lead outlet valve, material loading mouth and rolling way etc, in addition, there is exhaust port. This lead melting furnace adopts electrical heating. Total heating power is 140kw. Lead temperature is about 380ºC.6.2 10T purifying furnace10T purifying and temperature holding furnace has the similar performance with 18T melting furnace. According to different requirement, it can also be used as melting furnace.Usually, lead extruder equipped one 18T melting furnace and one 10T purifying holding furnace. Two lead melting furnaces communicate with each other through lead conveying pipe. 10T purifying furnace connects with main machine. 10T purifying holding furnace is separated into two houses with steel board.This purifying holding furnace also adopts electrical heating. Total heating power is 100kw. Lead liquid temperature is about 380ºC.6.3 Lead Extruder Main Machine Working principle: after lead liquid goes into machine body, through rotation of screw which is of special structure and be installed vertically, lead liquid is conveyed into die seat, then it is extruded out of lead pipe through die mouth.Machine body is made up of extruding sleeve which is made up of double sleeves. There are heating and cooling devices outside. Heating is tube type heater with electrical heating. Cooling adopts panel cooler purified water circulation to cool. Between screw and sleeve, there is abrasion proof bearing bush which is of special material. At the base of main machine, there is a water tank which is of 1000 liter content. In order to ensure the temperatures of cooling water and lubricating oil are constant, there equipped heat exchange and water pump etc. The whole oil and water system device is installed on the base of the main machine.6.4 Operating for this machine is easy. Technical requirement for operating is also not high. Usually speaking, two operating men for this machine is enough. When adjust or replace die, hydraulic pressure system can be used. Labor intensity is not high.6.5 PN2200/4000 travelling type active pay-off stand6.6 PN2500/4500 travelling type take-up and traversing stand6.7 Vertical type lead stripperThis machine is mainly used to strip lead sheath from lead sheathed rubber tube. It is a lead stripping technology equipment in production of rubbler tuber after its vulcanization. It is light, and the diameter of stripping lead tube is ∮30-∮130mm which can be adjusted optionally. Max.stripping lead layer can be 4mm. Max.speed when stripping lead can reach 20m/min. Through program control of PLC, it realizes the inspection and control of the system. By means of serial interface comunication RS485, it bidirectionally exchanges data with temperature control meter and DC speed adjusting device which is used for transmission, controls and inspects the state of each unit, realizes three-grade computor control system. Electric system mentioned above are set up in: motor transmission cabinet, heating control cabinet. This cabinet adopts the structure of: the front is operating panel, the back is control cabinet with door, at the two sides of the cabinet there equips fan to cool. Additionally, there is water flow adjusting cabinet.Through MT6100i man-machine interface, speed of lead extruder can be adjusted. It has the founction of displaying of output current, rotating speed of motor and fault. It can also set up the temperature control and inspect it.Set up: the operation of start up/stop of single unit, working state of single unit and fault alarm display. The heating control of each heating system is realized by RKC temperature control meter, temperature testing thermocouple through solid state relay with non-touching point. Set up: circuit breaker and protect of rapid fuse, current indicating. Among them: the heating current meter of the lead conveying pipe of 10T machine body, machine body and die seat are set up in the front of the cabinet.
