At one side of tail spindle equips abrasion brake to keep constant tension when the wire was out. The loading and unloading of spool finish via up and down screw of up and down arm.2,  Geared head and tail box,,,,,,.,.The two sides of barrel equip two groups of potent column rolling bearing separately, using geared head and tail box as their supporting respectively. Geared head lies to the back of the pay-off stand; the motivity is transmitted to belt pulley of barrel body's hollow shaft above geared head via belt by motor. There equips high strength gear using oil to lubricate in geared head, the motivity on barrel body was passed to output shaft via gears in geared head, then was transferred to gear-box and pulling wheel device through transmission shaft. There equips potent column rolling bearing in tail box and uses oil to lubricate.3 , ,, Bottom slab, stranding barrel, thimble type spool stand,,,,.6,.,,,..,.,.,.,,,,,,, ,.,.:,,,,,,,.,,.The main machine is composed of two sections of wire stranding barrel body; it takes integral barrel body as its character. There equips three reel stands in every barrel body, the structure for the barrel body is two-window and outside threading type. There are six windows on every section of barrel body to facilitate the loading and unloading of the spools. There equips two groups of potent column rolling bearing separately at two ends of the whole barrel body, it increases stability and rigidity of barrel body because of the supporting from geared head and tail box, there adopts a group of big bearing to do auxiliary support in the middle. All above is fixed on two sections of cast iron bottom slab. It welds facing bar in every section of barrel body to support the reel stand with bearing pedestal. Reel stand adopts thimble type with big-hole dia., two ends of it are supported on the bearing pedestal with self-aligning bearing. The tension of spool looses and tights up via adjusting the friction belt on tension wheel, and then can achieve proper pay off tension when the spool pays off. The spool is placed in the left and right fixing sleeves on reel stand, due to the weight of spool is pressed limit jack catch, the left and right bearing sleeves will slip out through the spring force on draw rod's spring. The head of thimble pushes the two ends of spool firmly, the bearing sleeve will return once pulls the draw rod after taking the empty spool down; the head of thimble will loose the spool when the reset jack catch via spring force locks left and right bearing sleeve. It was locked and loosed manually, so it is convenient to operate. The features for the barrel: it uses cast iron as its bottom board, adopts integral barrel body, uses special equipment to process, control and test, has high accuracy, is difficult to deform, and has long life length. The designed length of barrel is reasonable; the pay-off angle is small, so it facilitates to pay off and guarantee the wire stranding quality.Q235,30mm,V,,,,,20mm,,,G40.0.06 mm,,,0.1 mm.M<0.9kgf.m.The barrel of tubular stranding machine adopts Q235 material coil plate, 30mm board cold coil, V type jointing, drawing temper, the window of barrel body adopts milling machine processing, it has good equality and high precision, both the inside and outside of the barrel body adopt finish machining, and the thickness of barrel body wall is 20mm after processing. It uses special equipment and frock clamp to process tubular body so that can guarantee the precision of the barrel body and the precision is G40. The out of roundness degree is less than 0.06mm while every barrel body is back rotating; it will be tested on machine tool during the processing, and it will do the static balancing testing. After the connection of two sections of barrel body, the out of roundness degree is less than 0.1mm when running, and the imbalance torque M<0.9kgf.m.4 ,   stop device for broken wire      ,,.,24V.,,.      Along the outlet wire direction of barrel, there equips copper rods used for short circuit at both sides of main machine's motherboard, there also equips copper rods used for short circuit under the wire stranding shaft, and it insulates from bottom slab. The copper rods used for short circuit have coils, and have voltage of 24V. If the broken wire touches the copper rod used for short circuit via centrifugal force, so forms through circuit, the main machine will be stopped.5,   supporting big bearing,D618/850Φ850×Φ1030×82,,,,,,.There adopts bearing to support at both sides of barrel, it uses a D grade 618/850 type Φ850×Φ1030×82 ball big bearing to support in the middle of barrel, and equips a set of oil circulation spray lubrication system to guarantee long-term lubrication for bearing. The bearing adopts the products of ZWZ bearing group which is the domestic famous brand factory, it has high productivity and long life length, and can guarantee the barrel is on the same axial lead.6 ,   brake device     ,.,,,.6~10.     There equips two groups of brake in the middle of two segments of barrel parts. Unidirectional electrical control reversing valve will be put through when the power of main machine is cut, and then achieves the purpose of stopping via pneumatic plane-clip type brake. It will cost 6~10 seconds from braking to stopping.7 ,   wire die holder,.,.Wire die holder lies at the back of tail box, it is used to adjust the wire harness and fix the focus. The motivity is transmitted to gear-box and pulling wheel device through output shaft of geared head. The gear-box includes 16 grades speed change; it is finished via 4 grade-changing hand grips. It is pulling device at the back of the gear-box, and the pulling device is composed of pulling gear-box and pulling wheel. Pulling gear-box includes 3 grades speed change; and it is finished through replacing the equipment gear. There is a group of cone gear direction change device in pulling gear-box; it has the purpose of keeping the pulling direction unchanging while the barrel strands wire left and right. It can get several pitches according to the demands of products. Gear-box has 16 grades speed change; pulling wheel device has 3 grades speed change, there are 16×3=48 grades speed change in total. The specification of pulling wheel: driving wheel: φ1250, driven wheel: φ800.,.,.The finished products need different stranding direction, so the return direction of barrel also needs to be changed. It can keep rotation direction of gear shaft unchanging via dental clutch, and then guarantee the rotation direction of pulling wheel unchanged.9 ,   meter counter      ,.,,.±0.3%.     Stranded wire drives meter counting wheel to rotate via a pair of guide wheel. One of the meter counting wheels equips pulse wheel on its tail, there equips photoelectrical pulse signal conversion equipment on the bracket, so achieves the purpose of counting length via counting and conversion to the pulse. Motivity is transmitted to cone gear reduction box via gear-box and universal coupling, and drives take up shaft to rotate, loading and unloading of bobbins makes spool shaft up and down via needle swinging redactor by single motor. The spool clamp is also through single motor, and then drives lead screw, left screw and right screw via needle swinging redactor to achieve the purpose of spool's clamp. Device for spool up and down can make left thimble and right thimble up and down synchronously or separately, left and right upright post also can move synchronously or separately. Clamp power can be adjusted and overloading can be protected automatically. Traversing device adopts lead screw traverse and the traversing pitch can be adjusted.11 ,   safety shield mask      ,.,.      Safety shield mask adopts sliding door type structure, it is mainly used to avoid outside sundries of falling into barrel and rotary broken thrum flied of hurting people. The rotating barrel transfers the motivity to the gear's output shaft in tail box, and then transfers the motivity to 16 grades gear-box and 3 grades pulling gear-box through transmission shaft, so makes pulling wheel rotate.,..,,.Take up creel stand adopts torque motor to drive individually; it adopts no shaft thimble type structure. Up and down of take-up shaft makes spool shaft up and down via needle swinging redactor by single motor.
