4.2.4 Rotating speed changing steps stepless
Frame structure. Whole stranding cage is support by front and back. Each stranding cage is driven by motor separately. And, it has slow speed electrically inch positioning device separately to load and unload bobbin. Each stranding cage has single wire pre-forming device which can make sure the single wires will not loose when the after stranding conductor section is off. Wire doubling holder and pressing holder are installed on one mould. Wire doubling holder can realize the founction of wire doubling and round wire stranding.The size of pressing wheel isΦ 130 ×Φ 40 ×64mm(diameter×inner hole×width), it is put vertically. It can compact sector wire, pressure can be adjusted by bolt. It is fast and convenient to change the pressing wheel.
4.2.5 Single wire pay-off tension is pneumatically controlled.
Through electronic detection and electrical control, and through inlet pneumatical control proportional valve to adjust, single wire pay-off tension from full bobbin to empty bobbin can be constant.
4.2.6 Shaftless type pneumatic clamping. And, it has mechanical safety locking mechanism.
4.2.7 Mechanical type wire broken protect. Electrical switches detection is exact and reliable.

4.7.9 Take-up adopts DC motor, controlled by Eurotherm DC speed adjusting device, take-up tension is stable and can be adjusted. Adopt PLC programmable controller and touch screen produced by Siemens Company to command and coordinate the working status of every part of whole machine uniformly.
4.7.10 Traversing stand is driven by AC frequency conversion motor and controlled by transducer, traversing speed tracks the take-up speed, and the traversing pitch can be adjusted.
4.8 Electrical control system
4.8.1Power supply of this machine isL three phase five wires, 380V(±10%), 50Hz,single phase control voltage is 220V.
4.8.2 Each stranding cage body, pulling motor adopt AC frequency speed adjusting or adopt DC speed adjusting. Frequency converter DC speed adjusting device adopts Siemens product, PLC adopts Siemens programable controller and touching screen to manage.

5. Main features
5.1 This machine adopts whole type bobbin loading and unloading, pneumatic clamping, easy to operate. This shortens the time of doing the auxiliary working, and improves the producing efficiency.
5.2 Adopt pneumatic tension control, has automatic tension adjusting construction which can ensure tension constant. Then, make sure tension will not change when reel is full or shallow. Tension can be set and amended through pay-off tension.
5.3 Each part of this machine adopts separate motor driving, the structure is simple and easy to operate.
5.4 Adopt programmable controller to command uniformly, coordinate the working condition of each electrical part. Adopt Siemens 6RA70 series full digital DC speed regulating device. Technology of electrical control system is advanced. It is easy to operate, and run reliably.
